Women in Natural Gas (WiNG) is CGA’s leadership initiative focused on advancing and connecting women across Canada’s natural gas sector.
As part of CGA Energy Week, the WiNG track brings together emerging and established leaders for meaningful conversations, mentorship and professional development. Through curated sessions and networking opportunities, WiNG supports the growth of a strong, connected and diverse leadership pipeline for the future of Canada’s energy system.

| Module 1: In-person (October 27-29, 2026) | Held during CGA’s Energy Week in Toronto, this day-and-a-half session will enable participants to explore the full energy business cycle and lay the foundation for leadership while networking with top industry leaders. |

A coach-supported, interactive session focused on building a personal strategic plan for professional growth. |
| Module 3: In-person (June 17-18, 2027) | Hosted in Ottawa, this session will help participants sharpen their leadership skills, communicate with confidence, and put their growth plans into action in real-world contexts. |
